\nPeople say you have that lot of passion for what you doing. And it’s totally true. And the reason is because it’s so hard that if you don’t, any rational person would give up. It’s really hard. And you have to do it over a sustained period of time. So if you don’t love it, if you aren’t having fun doing it, you don’t really love it, you’re going to give up. And that’s what happens to most people actually.

If you really look at the ones that ended up being successful “in the eyes of society” and the ones that didn’t, often times, it’s the ones that are successful love what they did, so they can persevere, you know, when it got really tough. And the ones that didn’t love it, quit.
\n\u653e\u773c\u653e\u53bb\uff0c\u89c0\u5bdf\u90a3\u4e9b\u793e\u6703\u4e0a\u7684\u6210\u529f\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u548c\u534a\u9014\u800c\u5ee2\u8005\u7684\u5dee\u7570\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u4eba\u58eb\u56e0\u70ba\u71b1\u611b\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u904e\u7a0b\u975e\u5e38\u8271\u8f9b\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4f9d\u7136\u80fd\u54ac\u7259\u6490\u904e\uff0c\u800c\u90a3\u4e9b\u4e26\u975e\u771f\u7684\u5c0d\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6709\u8208\u8da3\u8005\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u96e3\u4ee5\u6490\u5230\u6700\u5f8c\u3002<\/p>\n

Because they’re sane, right\uff1f Who would put up with this stuff if you dont love it\uff1f So it’s a lot of hard work and it’s a lot of worrying constantly. If you don’t love it, you’re going to fail. So you got to love it, you’ve got to have passion. And I think that is the high order bit.
\n\u5c0d\u5427\uff0c\u8ab0\u6703\u628a\u5168\u90e8\u7684\u7cbe\u529b\u6295\u6ce8\u5230\u4ed6\u6c92\u6709\u8208\u8da3\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0a\uff1f\u6240\u4ee5\u9019\u662f\u9700\u8981\u7d93\u5e38\u6027\u7684\u64cd\u5fc3\u548c\u975e\u5e38\u8271\u82e6\u7684\u4efb\u52d9\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u71b1\u611b\u9019\u4efd\u8208\u8da3\uff0c\u4f60\u5c31\u6703\u5931\u6557\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4f60\u5fc5\u9808\u4fdd\u6301\u71b1\u8aa0\u5c0d\u4f60\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u559c\u6b61\u4f60\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u6211\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u662f\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u539f\u5247\u3002<\/p>\n

The second thing is, you got to be a really good talent scout, because no matter how smart you are, you need to team of great people. And you’ve got to figure out how the size people up fairly quickly make decisions without knowing people too well. And hire them, and see how you do. And refine your intuition,and be able to help build an organization that can eventually build itself, because you need great people around you.<\/p>\n
